This week’s challenge is a day later than usual due to the Thanksgiving holiday here in the United States. We live in an older neighborhood. We have a lot of telephone poles and lines along our streets. It’s very nostalgic, but when a line goes down, it can also be a bit dangerous. There are a lot of different ways to communicate. The challenge this week is to share with us the ways you find around you.
IN A NEW POST CREATED FOR THIS CHALLENGE, SHARE A PHOTO (OR TWO OR THREE) THAT FEATURES DIFFERENT FORMS OF COMMUNICATION.
Everyone is welcome to participate, even if your blog isn’t about photography.
Here’s how it works:
- Each week, I’ll come up with a theme and post a photo that I think fits. You take photographs based on your interpretation of the theme, and post them on your blog (a new post!) anytime before the following Thursday, when the next photo theme will be announced.
- To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “A Photo a Week Challenge: (theme of the week)” and be sure to use the “postaday″ tag.
- Come back here and post a link to your image in the comments for this challenge.
- Follow nancy merrill photography so that you don’t miss out on weekly challenge announcements.
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
We did. If you celebrate, I hope you did, too!
Thanksgiving Thursday is a normal working day in Germany. We missed the yearly turkey trot of our American friends on Saturday because of other commitments. But we started into the Christmas market season with glühwein and other seasonal delicacies. 🙂
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas season!
Thank you. and you!
I decided I had some images to contribute to this challenge. Here is my contribution: https://chava61photography.photo.blog/2019/11/30/a-photo-a-week-challenge-communication/
Happy Thanks Giving .. I know it’s a very special holiday over there. Great image, Nancy and great topic again.
We love Thanksgiving. The food, the company, the season. It’s a great way to start the Christmas celebrations.
Thanksgiving isn’t anything we have adapt yet from you … like we done with Valentine and Halloween. I like the idea around Thanksgiving very much. Family, food … and togetherness. Fantastic event.
We enjoy getting together with family and food even without a special occasion. The holidays make it happen more. 🙂
A bit envy!!!!
A great topic for the week.
Here is my entry. Enjoy!
