While the weather in Utah is having a hard time deciding if it’s spring or if winter is still around, my nose is definitely telling me that it’s spring. Hay fever season seems to be fully upon us, even though blossoms and sprouting plants are just barely making their appearances. These beautiful blooms got me last spring, and I’m sure they’ll get me again this year. I love the soft whiteness of their petals.
IN A NEW POST CREATED FOR THIS CHALLENGE, SHARE A NEW PHOTO OR TWO (OR MORE) FEATURING WHITE AS FOUND IN NATURE.
Everyone is welcome to participate, even if your blog isn’t about photography.
Here’s how it works:
- Each week, I’ll come up with a theme and post a photo that I think fits. You take photographs based on your interpretation of the theme, and post them on your blog (a new post!) anytime before the following Thursday, when the next photo theme will be announced.
- To make it easy for others to check out your photos, title your blog post “A Photo a Week Challenge: (theme of the week)” and be sure to use the “postaday″ tag.
- Come back here and post a link to your image in the comments for this challenge.
- Follow nancy merrill photography so that you don’t miss out on weekly challenge announcements.
Those blossoms are wonderful. so full of promise. When I look out my window – cold, grey, drizzly rain: that’s exyactly what I need.
Thanks!
Apple blossoms are so lovely. In another month or so, we’ll have some too. Meanwhile, we have a lot of white. A LOT of white.

Hi Nancy, It’s my first time taking part, but it won’t be my last 🙂 Thanks for organising the challenge. Here’s my link: https://lucciagray.com/2018/03/23/a-photo-a-week-challenge-natures-white-haiku/
It’s surprising how many shades of ‘white’ there are! I find the pyracantha flower makes me sneeze. Here is my white offering
