At the end of the Nestlé Maison Callier chocolate factory tour, you enter a room where you are welcome to stay and sample as much chocolate as you want. I didn’t think it was possible to OD on chocolate, but now I know better. Who knew that decadence could come in such little packages?

I love the side angle of the samples – and would love to take this tour sometime- in the 90s when I worked at a fondue place in Denver – our chocolate was Nestle and it was super good-
