My first thought was that it was was one of the marvellous slot canyons in the US Southwest – except for the colour. Then I saw the tag ‘Switzerland’. Boy was I off by a few miles!
It does look a lot like the slot canyons in Arizona and Southern Utah, but this is an amazing waterfall in Switzerland that cuts through a mountain. If you make it to the Lauterbrunnen valley, this is a must-see.
What a very narrow opening! I wouldn’t enjoy having to squeeze through there. 🙂
It was cut by a waterfall. Very fun and not a difficult climb.
